Privacy Policy
CruxNeo Technologies (“CruxNeo”, “we”, “us”) is a product development and tech consulting partner for startups. This policy explains what personal data we collect through cruxneo.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. What we collect
- Details you send us: your name, email address, company (optional) and the message you write in our enquiry form or send to hello@cruxneo.com.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about a possible project.
- To keep a record of our conversation if we go on to work together.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
3. Consent
By sending the enquiry form you consent to us using the details you provide for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@cruxneo.com; we will then stop using your data and delete it unless we must keep it by law.
4. Who we share it with
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. We share data with these service providers only so they can perform this service for us. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then delete them. If we start working together, project-related records are kept for as long as our contract and the law require.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it;
- name someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
You also have the right to raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to our inbox is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

For any privacy question, request or grievance, email hello@cruxneo.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
